What are PUF Panel?
PUF panel a layer of material that is sandwiched between GI metal sheets, also known as polyurethane foam panels. these are widely used in the construction industry for their excellent thermal insulation properties. These panels are made by injecting polyurethane foam between two facings, usually made of metal, such as galvanized steel or aluminium. PUF panel structure
The panel made for three layer. Interior and exterior layer are made of metal sheets, which is antioxidant and 0.3-0.5mmthick.
1.Interior layer: The Interior layer of the PUF panel is made of metal, usually steel or aluminium.
This layer provides protection from the elements and adds structural strength to the panel.
2.Polyurethane foam core (Insulation layer): The middle layer of the panel is made of polyurethane foam.
This foam provides excellent thermal insulation, helping to keep buildings cool in the summer and warm in the winter.

• 1.Polyurethane Core(PU): It have good thermal insulation and density is around 40kg/m3
• 2.Polyisocynurate core (PIR):it density is more than 40kg/m3 it has high fire resistance.
3.Exterior layer: The Exterior layer of the panel is another metal sheet, similar to the interior layer.
This provides additional protection and strength to the panel.
